At Scott’s Jewellers, we want you to be completely enamored with your new piece; if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-custom jewelry. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton along with your printed return authorization form.

  Ship to Scott’s

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
